As we expand into Singapore and the ASEAN region, we are looking for a hands-on Senior Market Development to help generate leads and build early traction in these strategic markets.
What You’ll Do
As our first market development hire for the Singapore & ASEAN region, you’ll take the lead in:
- Designing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for overseas markets
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and entry opportunities across local countries
- Analyzing market and customer insights to refine targeting, positioning, and campaign strategies.
- Mapping key accounts and buyer personas, especially decision-makers in tech-driven enterprises, startups, and mid-size companies likely to benefit from cloud, Digital Transformation, or related solutions.
- Proactively generating qualified leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold messaging, and other outbound efforts to identify and engage prospects.
- Managing the full top-of-funnel lifecycle — from prospecting to initial qualification — and collaborating with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
- Localizing and co-executing marketing campaigns, including digital ads, content strategy, webinars, and industry-specific activations in ASEAN markets.
- Exploring and recommending partnership opportunities such as local IT resellers, co-hosted events, or cloud/tech alliances.
- Building reporting and lead tracking systems, ensuring the funnel is well-documented and updated in CRM systems, with clear performance dashboards.
- Acting as a key market ambassador, providing feedback from the field to improve product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for regional fit.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or lead generation (tech/cloud/SaaS).
- Proven ability to develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for new markets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience turning market and customer insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in English; other Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
- Self-driven, independent, and hungry to explore new markets.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional remote teams and reporting on KPIs.
